Vaccine eligibility expands to 16+ for Shasta County residents
Shasta County residents ages 16 and older are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting Monday, April 5.

REDDING, Calif. – Shasta County residents ages 16 and older are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine starting Monday, April 5.
The Pfizer vaccine is the only brand that is approved for use for ages 16-17, public health said. A parent or guardian must be present when their child or the minor is vaccinated.
