Brazil was hosting the World Cup during Stephanie Perry’s birthday week. Even though she doesn’t follow football, it appeared like the perfect opportunity for her to party in South America alongside folks from all over the world. She, therefore, organized a solo trip of a lifetime to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil for her 40
th birthday.
Perry booked her flight and presented her vacation appeal at work.
“They approved me for three vacation days and said that if I wanted the rest of the time off, I’d have to find someone else to cover my shifts,” Perry said.
