RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - On the heels of a tumultuous year rocked by the pandemic and protests against racial injustice, a Richmond mom published a childrenâs book that uplifts and celebrates diversity in Black and Brown communities.

These will be self-contained homes with a kitchenette and living spaces. Similar to other temporary modular housing projects, residents will have access to some indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
Community Builders has been selected as the operator of the building, and will be required to provide at least two staff members at the site at all times to provide support for residents and maintain the property.
