THE MERTON (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (COMMONSIDE EAST. ESHER ROAD AND HALLOWELL CLOSE) TRAFFIC ORDER 2020 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton, on 16 December 2020, made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of Part IV of the Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers, so as to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Frinton Road and Gunton Road) Experimental Traffic Order 2019 and the Merton (Prescribed Route) (Commonside East, Esher Road and Hallowell Close) Experimental Traffic Order 2019. 2. The general effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all motorised vehicles from entering the roads listed in the Schedule to this notice, during the corresponding periods specified, with an exemption for those authorised vehicles which are specified on a white list for each road, held and ma

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential highway improvement works on Hertford Road EN3, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Hertford Road EN3 and Side Roads) (No.10) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2020 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit traffic, as detailed in the Schedule to this notice and as and when directed by traffic signs. 3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.
