Dear Sally,
I am desperate to sell my £33,800 of Premium Bonds. I live in South Africa, am 74 years old and need the money to pay medical bills as I am seriously ill with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
More than three weeks ago, I filled in the appropriate forms and couriered them to my sister in Norfolk, which she then posted to National Savings & Investments. I have made numerous calls with no result. No email. No communication. Nothing.
