· Royal Oak Drive – A man stated that a company sent him a fraudulent check in exchange for a car wrap.
· Shearouse Road – A woman advised that someone stole her banking information via the internet.
· High Bluff Road – A woman stated that she and her boyfriend got into a verbal altercation over their relationship.
· Old Dixie Highway South – A woman stated that she had been receiving scam calls about an unclaimed check.

Police attended the scene of a crash on a busy Hitchin road on the evening of January 27.
Road closures were in place on the Charlton Road, just south of the town centre after the crash at the junction with A602 Park Way - with delays already building.
Hertfordshire Constabulary asked motorists to stay away from the area as they responded to the incident.
The crash was causing delays on a number of roads in the area, with congestion building on Park Street and Charlton Road following the incident.
Andover’s newest supermarket is aiming to open its doors on January 20 as the work to fit out the store nears completion. Co-op branding is being put up on the exterior of the building in Picket Twenty, while work to complete the interior is also well underway, with shelving and refrigeration units already installed. Access to phone and data services is still taking place in the building. The store also now has opening times on the Southern Co-op website, with customers able to visit between 7:00 and 23:00 every day of the week, with a dedicated shopping hour for key workers and the vulnerable between 9:30 and 10:30 Monday to Saturday.
