MarketStreet Lynnfield recently launched The Give Warmth Project, a new donation effort founded by a North Reading high school student, that provides warm clothing to those in need.
The Give Warmth Project’s mission is to collect public donations of new warm winter necessities with a focus on jackets, hats, gloves, socks and mittens. Through the end of March, donated items can be conveniently placed in a specially branded Give Warmth Project clothing bin located on The Green at MarketStreet Lynnfield.
The items are then donated to the local Boys and Girls Clubs of Stoneham and Wakefield, which will distribute the warm clothing to area youths in need.
