Michigan State Police found a hypodermic needle sticking out of a passengers arm during a traffic stop in Wexford County early Friday morning.
Troopers stopped a car on 13th Street near north Mitchell Street in Haring Township and noticed a needle in a male passenger’s arm and a capped needle sitting next to him.
The passenger said the syringe was loaded with heroin rinse and he did not need medical help.
The driver, Sarah Conley, is now facing several vehicle and drug charges, including maintaining a drug house.
Troopers say they found meth in her possession after searching the vehicle.

People in Portland, Maine s West End neighborhood are being urged by local police to watch out for a man who s allegedly attacked one woman and approached several others in what s become a pattern.
There have been seven reports of a man in a dark car with a Texas license plate pulling over near women on the streets and trying to talk to them in a suspicious way, according to Portland Police Lt. Robert Martin.
The incidents began Oct. 25 around 7 p.m. with the most violent of the encounters, police said.
In that incident, a woman was walking near 32 Thomas St. when the man stopped and offered her a ride. The woman refused, at which point the man got out of the car, assaulted the woman and according to witnesses, tried to pull the woman into the car but was unsuccessful, police said.

PORTLAND, Maine Portland Police are urging people in the city to be vigilant after several more women report being followed by a man while out walking.
Police believe those incidents are connected to their investigation of an assault on a women in the West End back in October.
On October 25, a woman was walking on Thomas Street when she noticed a car following her. She told police the driver asked for directions and offered her a ride.
