5 Salisbury people fined after possessing cocaine A NUMBER of people have been fined in court, some even disqualified from driving, after their involvement with cocaine.  Offences involving the class A drug included possession and driving under the influence. Here are some of the drug-based cases heard at Salisbury Magistrates Court between December 30, 2020, and April 30.  JAMES ALEXANDER RATHBONE, aged 39, of Middleton Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Mazda in Salisbury while unfit to do so through drugs on November 26, 2019. On the same day Rathbone possessed two small snap bags each containing 0.4g of cocaine. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

School officials plan to build towers across the district to provide public wifi access to neighborhoods where many students don t have high-speed internet service at home. In November, Fort Worth Superintendent Kent Scribner told the Star-Telegram he expected the first towers could be completed in six months if voters approved a property tax increase. But six months later, a district spokesman said last week the project is currently on a new timeline following the hiring of a new chief information officer in January.
