Robot butlers have been a science fiction pipedream for decades. Most people wouldn’t say no to a nonsentient housekeeper to share their chores with, but up until now it just hasn’t been realistic.

It is that time of the year again when we get to have a sneak peak of how technology will change the world this year. The CES or the Consumer Electronics Show is an annual event held in January where businesses, thought leaders, innovators, global brands and start ups gather together to showcase future trends, products and technology. But unlike previous years because of the pandemic, this year’s event, that runs from Jan. 11 – 14, is all digital.
