WORTHINGTON Independent School District 518 will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, April 30 for students ages 16 and over.
The clinic will take place at Worthington High School. A signed consent form is required to be submitted to the Worthington High School Office by Thursday, April 29 for students ages 16 and 17. Students may sign up at the Student Services Office in the high school. Questions may be directed to Sanford Worthington Clinic at 372-3800.
The COVID-19 vaccine will be administered at no cost. District 518 students ages 16 and over are eligible, regardless of health insurance status or primary care provider. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for those 16 and older. The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be scheduled for 21 days after the first dose and will be given at Worthington High School.
