JAMMU, Mar 15: Big half-centuries by Shubham Khajuria (95) and Kanav Saini (97) overshadowed magnificent century (116) by Abhinav Puri as Shubham Khajuria Cricket Academy (SKCA) Green defeated SKCA Red by four wickets in a high scoring one-day match as part of series of practice matches at Mandal Cricket Ground, here today.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, SKCA Red rode on a brilliant century by Abhinav Puri to score a big total of 324 runs in 47.2 overs. Skipper Puri scored power-packed 116 runs off just 70 balls, studded with 11 fours and nine sixes, while Gokul and Abhishant Bakshi contributed 50 and 40 runs to the total respectively. For SKCA Green Shantanu Gupta took four wickets, while Tegvansh and Vishal bagged two wickets each.
