There are now 865,349 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 18,239 total deaths in Michigan. A total of 2,355 adults with confirmed or suspected cases of the virus are hospitalized in the state. As of May 7, 703,746 have recovered from the virus. 9,816,695 COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed throughout the state, and 7,292,394 have been administered as of May 9.
