Li was one of several speakers at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board Tuesday pleading with trustees to save Cambridge Street Public School from a slow and steady death by declining enrolment.

Cambridge has 55 students this year in a school built for 323. All the children in Grades 1,2 and 3 have been grouped into one class, with Grades 5 and 6 in another. There are no students in Grade 4.
