AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Pre-pandemic times, Dallas Bell, owner of Burrowing Owl described her sales as good and steady, but when COVID-19 hit and lockdown orders were put into place, sales were pretty low.
Bell, like many other business owners had to quickly adapt and started offering online shopping options and other services.
âWe were able to provide curbside service,â said Bell. âWe weâre even able to deliver books.â
