A LOCAL food bank has spoke about the kind generosity handed to them by Clydebank residents in the run up to Christmas. West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare has been busy operating from its food outlet in Clydebank, with many health and safety restrictions put in place. The team of volunteers have also been doing a home delivery service alongside foodbank partner Food for Thought for people referred by the council’s Crisis team. More recently, Charity Manager Clair Coyle has admitted it’s been a frantic and busy few weeks. Clair told the Post: “What a strangely different year this has been for West Dunbartonshire Community Foodshare, as it has been for everyone.
