RICHMOND Governor Ralph Northam today reminded Virginians about the “It’s Our Shot, Virginia: Statewide Day of Action” taking place tomorrow, Tuesday, May 18 to help Virginia residents make a plan to get vaccinated. Virginians are encouraged to get involved in their communities by serving as trusted messengers and amplifying the Commonwealth’s vaccination efforts.�

ETTRICK, Va. Virginia is inching toward 50% of the population receiving at least one COVID-19 shot. With demand dropping and supply increasing, the moment marks a shift in how health leaders are administering the vaccine and trying to reach those who still have not gotten it.
