The evening of May 19, 2020, Tyson Guy was driving south on Interstate 71. His Chevrolet Malibu was in the far left lane.
At 8:49 p.m., a Dodge Nitro driven by Sabrina McKinney went the wrong way on the Reading Road exit ramp and drove across the highway – barely missing a semitrailer, then a car that was in the center lane.
McKinney drove head-on into Guy’s car. The collision was violent. Her car flipped on its side and caught fire, police said.
Guy, 23, was critically injured and died several days later.
