FORT WORTH – North and southbound SH 199/Henderson Street at Calvert Street will have various lanes closed Feb. 9-10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for construction.
ARLINGTON – Eastbound Spur 303/Pioneer Parkway will have the right lane closed from Collins Street to Daniel Drive Feb. 8-12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for construction.
FORT WORTH – North and southbound US 287 will have single lane closures at various locations from Rosedale Street to Mitchell Boulevard Feb. 8-11 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for maintenance activities.
PROSPER- All lanes of the westbound US 380 frontage road will close between north- and southbound Dallas Pkwy through Feb. 7th. 9 p.m.- 5 a.m. daily.

The Rockton Village is ready to provide the snowy, winter fun with the 6th Annual Yeti Fest. Friday Feb 5th and Saturday Feb 6th, downtown Rockton will be filled with fun for the entire family.
Friday will have Dog sledding (mushing) with the Free Spirit Sled Demo Team, Friday night from 4 - 8 pm and a second day of dogs on Saturday afternoon from 12 pm - 3 pm.
Saturday beginning at 10 am is the Yeti Scavenger Hunt. Hunt for your favorite yetis in store windows throughout downtown Rockton, as well as have fun doing winter activities. Once you find a Yeti, you post it to social media with: #rocktonyetifest2021 For a bonus, if you get your picture with the actual Yeti, (Steve, is that you?) You automatically win! You will be able to get your scavenger hunt sheet HERE beginning this Wednesday. Prizes can be clamed at Village Hall on Saturday from 1p-4p (while prize packs last).

Back on January 8th, the Krewe of Rio canceled its Mardi Gras parade, which was, well, a bummer. But guess what: the Krewe of Rio has found a way to get you and your houseâyes, your houseâto essentially create its own Mardi Gras parade.
There s a contest, and you can win!! What do you have to do? Letâs return to the promotional copy. ââ¦Decorate the outside of your home and send a picâ¦â Now, with Rio being Rio, it was one thing to cancel the parade. But the group refused to cancel the Mardi Gras spirit, and in doing so, Rio has decided to do something really neat for people throughout Acadiana.
