Meihuei Hu, an attorney representing the business, told the Select Board more about the owners’ vision.
“They think that sharing tea and sipping tea can relax you and it’s really a good lifestyle to incorporate into your busy life schedule, and so they came up with the idea to open up a tea shop, which is still fairly original in Brookline,” she said.
Brookline has gained a number of new teashops recently, with several of them concentrated on Beacon Street near Coolidge Corner.
