EAST BAY RED TIER this week! Business owners are READY patrons not so much? | 106 1 KMEL

By Sana G Mar 8, 2021 It was just announced that 2 East bay counties could be moving into the RED TIER as early as Weds if the COVID numbers continue to decline! Alameda and Solano counties! Business owners are obviously ready to welcome indoor dining at 25% capacity, most of them at least but some patrons still think it is too soon. A couple of the people in the video above expressed concern especially with the vaccine roll out still lagging in the Bay Area. The fact that certain businesses will be open is a sign of hope for some normalcy on the horizon. Residents will have to decide on their own personal basis if they are comfortable visiting certain businesses for indoor activities. I know employees will be happy to return to work and practice the safest protocols to help keep the virus from gaining momentum again.
