IT’S NO USE!
Oh man I really wanted to like this game. The characters are a mix of recognizable faces (such as ToeJam and Earl) and new blood and the new characters are really well thought out and designed. The fighting even feels good but there are some major downfalls in this game.
Mighty Fight Federation is a 3D fighting game not dissimilar to Power Stone. Players can move around the arena and trade blows with up to three opponents and for the most part, it works fine. I think four player free for all can be too hectic visually to determine what is going on, but the same can be said sometimes with Super Smash Bros. I think the main thing that separates Mighty Fight Federation is that MFF is pure combat: there are no items to help in combat.

Bloodstained Mighty Fight Federation Crossover Will Add Miriam for Free
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night again, as a
Mighty Fight Federation crossover is coming. She’ll show up in Spring 2021 for free. On the PlayStation Blog, some initial screenshots appeared. Koji Igarashi and his team offered input on the character.
Here are a few peeks at Miriam. The reveal also confirmed she’ll use Shard abilities and have multiple weapons. However, she was only shown wielding a sword in pictures.

To match that, though, you can always spend from your “Hype” reserve to execute an equally simple, one-button combo breaker. Likewise cancels (cutting short the animation of one move by initiating another) have a single universal button press. This burns Hype but instantly ends
any animation, opening up some wild combo opportunities. But instant breakers and cancels are not “get out of jail free” cards. Of course, you can find the edges of that mechanic and try to force opponents into barely breakable positions, or simply recommence pummelling immediately on weaker fighters. So even with one-button fundamentals, life finds a way, and the fighter-skill arms race is present and correct.

Classic-styled 3D arena fighters in the vein of Power Stone don t often receive much love, but a group of dedicated developers is trying to change that and bring the hype back to the genre literally.
Mighty Fight Federation is now available to download on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC (plus Nintendo Switch for European players) and comes packing pretty much every feature modern fighting game fans constantly ask for: rollback netcode, a combo-rich battle system and even cross-platform play.
