據職安署統計，去年的「因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫產業勞動條件專案檢查」中共檢查100場次、發現16場次違法，其中違法最多的項次為勞基法24條的「延長工時工資」、勞基法36條的「一例一休」等項次。
勞動部職業安全衛生署綜合規劃組長許莉瑩表示，今年延續去年的「因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫產業勞動條件專案檢查」，但因今年除了防疫物資以外，勞動部也放寬批發零售、倉儲物流業等工時彈性，因此這些行業為今年勞動條件勞動檢查的檢查重點，再加上外界認為部分雇主可能會一手拿紓困補貼、一手苛刻勞工，因此也會針對領取紓困的事業單位實施勞檢。
此外，勞動部近日公告明年度勞動檢查方針，將強化生物病原體及營造業高風險危害預防檢查、落實童工及青少年勞動條件檢查、與推動勞工職業災害保險及保護，並將責成各勞�
