The restaurant calls it “the experience”: Once eight to 12 guests arrive for their reservation, they’ll keep their distance from one another at the private bar for cocktails before being escorted to one long table for a menu of 11 courses. After dinner, they can return to the bar for a digestif or two before heading home.
