Mid-Maine Chamber plans ‘Business after Hours’ event

WATERVILLE The Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce will host a virtual Business After Hours from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 14.
The virtual mic will be passed around the screen to anyone who wants to take the opportunity to talk about upcoming events, share a hiring need, or introduce new staff. There will be trivia and prizes.
The next Business After Hours is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, at the Waterville Country Club, 39 Country Club Road, in Oakland.

The following York County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between March 14-20.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.

The Anshe Emeth Community Development Corp (AECDC) Central Jersey Diaper Bank is collecting baby clothing sizes newborn-2T, diapers and books.
Donations can be picked up if within Middlesex County. Volunteers from the Rutgers School of Nursing will arrive between 10 a.m. and noon on the day indicated.
At this time, no shoes, equipment, toys, etc. can be collected.
Hopewell Theater’s reopening plans will focus on ensuring the comfort of patrons.
