Philadelphia police say an off-duty officer who was charged after crashing his car into a home on Saturday night, injuring two people, is believed to have been at the Fraternal Order of Police lounge prior to the crash.
Philadelphia police officer Gregory Campbell, 27, has been charged with DUI and aggravated assault stemming from Saturday s crash that critically injured a 53-year-old woman and also hurt her husband.
The incidident happened on Saturday at approximately 8:20 p.m. when the driver of a silver Dodge Dart lost control of his vehicle while traveling northbond on Caroline Road crossing Comly Road.
