Amber Alert canceled for Milwaukee girls; father remains at-large

The Amber Alert issued for two Milwaukee girls was canceled late Sunday night after the children were found safe, according to an alert.  Winter E. Harbour, 2, and Safari Harbour, 1, were brought into the District Seven police station, Milwaukee police said. The girls father, Darrell A. Harbour, shot the children s mother and fled in the victim s vehicle with the girls earlier in the day, police said. Harbour, who is armed, remains at-large, the alert said.  The vehicle is a 2007 maroon Chevrolet Impala with Wisconsin license plate AHA-8816. He was last seen Sunday on North 13th Street in Milwaukee.  At approximately 11:24 a.m., Harbour argued with the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and shot her, according to the Milwaukee Police Department. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital.

The suspect fled in the victim’s vehicle with the children, which warranted an Amber Alert. The victim, a 20-year-old woman from Milwaukee, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. She was treated at a local hospital.
