19 Cases Recorded In Melbourne On Day Two Of Lockdown
54 active cases
Victoria has recorded 19 new COVID cases on Saturday and on day two of the five-day snap lockdown.
All new cases are linked to current outbreaks, driving the active case number to 54.
There were 47,606 tests recorded in the past 24 hours, and the list of COVID exposure sites has grown, with another 30 locations added.
This includes the Glen Waverley train line on Wednesday, which is now considered a tier two exposure site; Deakin Uni campus at Geelong Waurn Ponds is also a tier two exposure site; an F45 gym in Richmond is a tier one site.

Police are responding to fatal collision at Glen Waverley
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating following a fatal collision at Glen Waverley last night.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of High Street Road and Arianne Road to reports two cars had collided about 8.55pm.
A 68-year-old Glen Waverley woman, who was a passenger in a gold coloured Mitsubishi sedan, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital.
Sadly, she later died from her injuries
The driver of the Mitsubishi, a 66-year-old Glen Waverley man, sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital.
The 19-year-old driver of the other vehicle, a white Ford sedan, sustained minor injuries.

Elderly man missing in Melbourne found safe and well
A 92-year-old man who was missing in Melbourne has been found, police have said.
Police and family became concerned for Alleyne s welfare after he did not show up to his regular dance lesson yesterday.
His son Damien said Alleyne had been doing the dance classes regularly for 15 years, but had taken some time off. He hasn t been last month or two, first time back for him in a while.

His family said the 92-year-old took heart medication. That s one of our main concerns, he s going to be disorientated . he was in the dark driving . it s kind of like a needle in a haystack, so it s just a waiting game, Damien said previously.
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Langwarrin man Alleyne.
The 92-year-old was last seen leaving his Fern Mews address to go dancing in Glen Waverley about 5.15pm last night.
He may be travelling in a white Toyota Corolla with registration 1LX-7DP.
Alleyne did make contact with family members about 11.50pm last night to tell them that he was lost and was trying to get directions home.
His phone is no longer working.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
