MDHA building on north side to be rehabbed
The Metro Development and Housing Agency apartment building that sits on the southeast corner of 10th Avenue North and Jefferson Street in North Nashville s Hope Gardens is slated for a rehab.
The 54-unit building, sometimes called 10th & Jefferson, was damaged during the early March tornado. Camco Construction and Restoration is handling the job, with the permit valued at $500,000.
The four-story building, whose apartments have a restricted income component, has an address of
941 Jefferson St. Nashville-based Kline Swinney Associates has an approximately $400,000 contract for architectural and engineering services related to the development.
