Colleagues, relatives and friends at an online remembrance ceremony on Wednesday reflected on the life and work of Michael Sharpe as a journalist who enhanced the profession by the stellar work he did, and his personal and professional impact on people generally.
The event was mainly a video presentation which was done in tandem with actual viewing of Sharpe’s body at Roman’s Funeral Home in St Andrew, where well-known jazz pianist, Dennis Rushton, played melodious notes of hymns and other reflective musical selections.
