A $320 million triple-tower project along Stirling Highway in Nedlands has been approved despite blowback from the local MP and city council.
Grange Development Consulting and Costa Property Group’s proposal was rejected for planning approval by the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel in July last year, but was passed 3-2 at a follow-up meeting on Monday.
A $320 million triple tower project in Nedlands has been approved.
Revised plans for 97-105 Stirling Highway were submitted late last year to the local government for community consultation after the developers appealed the JDAP decision to the State Administrative Tribunal.
