Courtney Hopley, Glenn Newman and Josh Prywes of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Tax Practice will present the webinar, “Tax Traps for the Unwary When Moving to Texas,” April 21 from 1 pm to 2 pm PST.
Hosted by Greenberg Traurig, the webinar will discuss the legal issues related to ending California residency and moving a business from California to Texas.
Hopley, an of counsel in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office, represents clients in federal and state tax controversies before the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board at the audit, collection, appeals and litigation stages. She works on tax controversy matters involving partnerships, corporations, individuals, real estate and penalty disputes.
