There seems to be a buzz in the air on social media and in person, more and more people are chatting about the places they’ll go and the trips they’ll take, now that the COVID-19 vaccine is readily available and as the world of travel returns to some state of “normal.”
That got me thinking: Colorado. Anyone who’s been there will likely agree: It’s such a cool state, is it not?
Liz Cheney vowed to do whatever it takes to stop Donald Trump from returning to political power and didn t rule out her own presidential bid in the process.

Thank you very much. I d like to thank very much my friend, colleague, Mr. Buck, for yielding me time this evening.
I know the topic, Mr. Speaker, is cancel culture; I have some thoughts about that, but tonight, I rise to discuss freedom and our constitutional duty to protect it.
Mr. Speaker, I have been privileged to see firsthand how powerful and how fragile freedom is. 28 years ago, I stood outside a polling place, a schoolhouse in western Kenya. Soldiers had chased away people who were lined up to vote. A few hours later, they came streaming back in, risking further attack, undaunted in their determination to exercise their right to vote. Embattled Republican House Conference Chair Liz Cheney (R-WY) used floor time at the House of Representatives Tuesday to air her grievances with former President Donald Trump and the Republican Party.
Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO), who was in charge of distributing time to House members for a debate on cancel culture, yielded to Cheney. Buck said, “I now recognize my friend and my neighbor to the north, the gentlelady from Wyoming, Ms. Cheney.” This enabled Cheney to speak on the record about her disagreement with the party before a vote scheduled on Wednesday to possibly oust her from leadership.
