Goshenâs Main Street in the downtown area reopened May 21 with a new look. Angle parking was added and the intersections are now four-way stops and the speed limit is 25 mph. The changes were made during Phase 2 reconstruction of the street to convert it from a four-lane state highway to a two-lane local road.
