Newly engaged janessa couldnt situate to spend christmas with her fiances family in indianapolis. But they discovered their bags did not arrive. I was in hysteria. I started crying. United airlines offered to have a Third Party Vendor deliver the bags. I realized 60 of my belongings were gone including my most valuable items. More than 4,000 worth of belongings missing including all the C
