Residents at Latitude 525, on Sawyer Boulevard, told 10TV they started noticing issues with the power Monday evening. Corey Paul, the executive director of The American Red Cross Greater Columbus Chapter, said volunteers with the Red Cross were called to help and set up an emergency cooling center Tuesday afternoon.
