At Studio Grill in downtown Kalamazoo, Monday’s reopening came the same day the restaurant was celebrating its 11th year in business. Owner Craig Dotson said the “down home little restaurant” lost 48% of its revenue in 2020 due to all of the shutdowns the restaurant industry in Michigan faced. Despite the challenges the restaurant has faced, Dotson is optimistic as he looks forward into their 12th year.
