A 12-year-old girl was killed by a leopard in Madhya Pradesh s Raisen district at Gopi Suri village on Thursday afternoon.
According to sources, the spot where the minor was killed is close to a popular picnic spot, Mahadev Pani, close to the state s capital Bhopal.
The girl had gone to a forest to collect firewood with a few women on Thursday afternoon, sources said.
