On the agenda is the application for 40 and 46 Autumn Ave. and St. Andrew Road, where an application has been filed seeking authorization to build within a Special Natural District Area within wetland adjacent areas. Also, an application for the construction of a detached residential building located within the bed of a mapped street at 244 Gansevoort Blvd. will be considered.
