Another court appearance has been made by a man charged with Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, and Robbery, in connection with a violent incident last fall.
24-year-old Austin Severight, of the Yellow Quill First Nation, remains in custody, with his next court date set for September 30th, in Regina Provincial Court.
His co-accused, 25-year-old Jenna Hoffman, of Wadena, also remains in custody, and will be back in court on August 23rd, for a preliminary hearing.
On October 4, 2020, RCMP say the victim met three people outside of a Regina nightclub, and left in a vehicle with them.
The suspects are alleged to have beaten, tortured and robbed the victim, before leaving them unconscious and seriously injured, in a field north of Fort Qu’Appelle.
