The Twentieth Century Society (C20) aims to save outstanding buildings and examples of design that have helped shape the British landscape since 1914 and has today released its Top 10 Buildings at Risk List 2021, which places The Lawns, at Cottingham, in fourth place. The university closed The Lawns in 2019 and the 40-acre site has now been earmarked for housing and is being put up for sale this month.
