LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) - One man is facing multiple charges after Lawrence County deputies say he was found with illegal drugs and several stolen stimulus checks.
On January 9, deputies found Brandon Cottingham, 42, after reported suspicious activity in the East Lawrence community.
After further investigation, Sheriff’s investigators arrested and charged Cottingham with Possession of controlled substance; theft of property in the second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of forged instrument second degree; and illegal possession of credit/debit card.
