Robby Vargas-Cortes is an EMS supervisor that went to get his COVID-19 vaccine. His boyfriend, Vander Lee, was the nurse administering the vaccines. In the middle of getting his shot the paramedic PROPOSED! His boyfriend had no idea it was happening until he rolled his sleeve up and saw the ring was taped to his arm.
