Picture: Stewart Attwood By Kristy Dorsey Video recruitment specialist Odro has raised £5.2 million in fresh funding as the Glasgow-based company prepares to beef up its presence abroad. Growth capital investor BGF has taken an undisclosed stake in the business which remains majority-owned by two of its co-founders, chief executive Ryan McCabe and chief technology officer Mark Beeby. Part of the money from BGF will be used to open offices in North America and Australia by the end of this year to boost sales and provide customer support in those regions.

A Bourne based housebuilder has appointed a new construction director and has promoted a senior land manager to land director.
Larkfleet Group has appointed former Keir living director, Rob Crossland, as its new construction director, while the Groupâs senior land manager, David Morris, has been promoted to land director.
Rob joins Larkfleet Group from Keir Living, a housing arm of the Keir Group, having spent 11 years there â beginning as a construction manager and leaving as construction director.
