The range is the second in Ipswich-based Big Drop s World Collab Series , curated with beer expert Melissa Cole and designed as a showcase for the increasingly popular alcohol-free craft beer market. Available from mid-January, the new range includes: Arctic Beach, a full-bodied and velvety coconut stout created with
Icelandic brewer Einstök.
Hop Notch in Sweden using the experimental UK hop Mozart. Rye d Said Fred, a juniper rye IPA created with
Finland s Fat Lizard that is brewed with a rye-heavy mash.
Big Drop Brewing Co is working with craft brewers across the globe for its World Collab Series
The four-expression limited edition line, which will roll out in Big Drop s home market this month, is the second in the UK-based alcohol-free brewer s World Collab Series . The Nordic selection follows a series featuring tie-ups with four compatriot brewers.
