SEATTLE An office building at 1721 Eighth Ave. N. sold for $6.3 million, according to King County records.
The buyer was 98 Ravenna Investments LLC, which is associated with Rae Anne Rushing, the CEO and co-founder of Rushing Engineering. That firm now leases space in the McHugh Building, a steps to the east on Westlake Avenue North. Public records indicate a loan from Columbia State Bank.

Columbia City Council began the new year by reviewing the county delegation s legislative agenda for the 112th General Assembly, including the possible expansion of Columbia State Community College, infrastructure improvements and development of the new agricultural center.
Sen. Joey Hensley and Rep. Scott Cepicky delivered a presentation on their top areas of focus at the council s Thursday work session.
Every year, the council meets with state leaders prior to the commencement of the Tennessee General Assemblyto communicate their top priorities.
Cepicky addressed significant growth in Columbia and Maury County since he first took office as a former Maury County Commissioner in 2010.
