On March 23 2020, Bristol came to a halt.
As the first of the spring sunshine started to show, the streets, schools, offices, pubs, cafes, theatres, gyms, stadiums and restaurants that we all love went eerily quiet.
And as the sun continued to shine (and shine and shine), a new life began. Homes became playgrounds and conference centres, parks became gyms and sanctuaries. The internet became our bars, our performance halls, our festivals and our meeting rooms all in one.
