That means farmers markets are starting back up.
Multiple farmers markets in Northern Michigan are reopening.
Organizer of the Interlochen Farmers Market, Hannelore Frederick says, “We’ve been here for nine years and I haven’t missed a Sunday in nine years.”
Vendors reunited in Interlochen for their annual farmers market.
Frederick says she happy to see it grow year after year.
“2012 was our first year. We were out along the road under the trees. We were six tables and not a canopy between us,” Frederick says.
Now, they have about 60 vendors.
This year they’re enforcing rules like mandatory masks and added space between vendors.

The film industry is about being resourceful.
As the pandemic shifted the day-to-day operations for a production, students in the University of New Mexico Film & Digital Arts department paid attention and began to pivot.
Brian Levant led the way with his Sitcom Boot Camp class, which helps students unravel some of the intricacies of the craft, spur an understanding of the commitment, discipline and teamwork necessary to work at a professional level.
