Trinity DA rules fatal shooting at Douglas City pot farm ‘justifiable’
A man arrested on suspicion of murder after a shooting in the outskirts of Douglas City has been released from jail with no pending charges, according to the Trinity County District Attorney.

DOUGLAS CITY, Calif. – A man arrested on suspicion of murder after a shooting at a marijuana farm in Douglas City will not face charges, according to the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office.
Kyle Adamson, 35-years-old, was released from the Trinity County Jail on Feb. 3, with no pending charges. The sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post, Adamson’s release came after the District Attorney’s Office reviewed the case determined that the homicide had been “justifiable.”
The Trinity County Sheriff s Office arrested a man on suspicion of homicide Monday night. One man was found at a hospital with gunshot wounds and another was found dead at a marijuana farm.
It’s all the drugs fault ! No wait, it’s all the guns fault. I mean there’s no way it could possibly be the lack of personal responsibility our culture has cultivated in this country over the last 30+ years… Or the fact our legal system has turned into a fucking mockery of a bad joke.
I’m sure even if this guy was a multiple felony with a long history of violent crime, he would have to serve the full term of his four-year sentence. In a state penitentiary,with three hot meal a day, climate control, color TV, board games, books, a phone bank,free medical care, grief counseling and a wide variety of other publicly-funded program…
