Jordan Savitsky oversees the COVID-19 testing operation, a new division the company has developed in response to the increasing demand for reliable and accessible testing. His father, David Savitsky, is the CEO of ATC Healthcare and lives in New Rochelle, the initial epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States. “My father was quarantining before we knew what that meant,” said Savitsky, who believes being at the center of the outbreak gave them a head start launching the testing business.
